The Agreement supports Ukraine in the regulation of construction, launch and use of a newly-built spent nuclear fuel depository at Chornobyl NPP to secure proper settlement of safety matters. Ratification of the Agreement shall facilitate efficient regulation of pressing issues in the field of nuclear safety.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0157.
